Ron Greenfield, broker
Ron received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University.
Ron spent several years in commercial banking before joining Harrison-Levy Real Estate Company. There, he quickly became a leading producer.
In 1994, Ron created his own company, Citi-Commercial Real Estate Company, concentrating on commercial properties.
Ron, a 30 year veteran of commercial real estate in Oklahoma City, handles:
- sales
- leasing
- investment properties
- business acquisition
Ron has been involved with the:
- Commercial Real Estate Council
- National Association of Industrial and Office Parks
- Association of Realtors
Don C. Kaspereit, managing partner, build to suit
Don received an undergraduate degree and a Masters in City Planning from the University of Oklahoma.
Don began his career as Planning Director for downtown redevelopment in Oklahoma City. After several years, he bade farewell and created a commercial real estate development company, DPI. Today, Don is managing partner for DPI Companies, D&R Development and Westpark Business Center.
Don has been involved with the:
- Economic Development Council
- International Visitors Council, Chamber of Commerce
- Friendship Force of Oklahoma
Don has served, since its inception, as a Trustee for the Oklahoma City Riverfront Redevelopment Authority.
Cameron Kaspereit, sales associate
Cameron earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UCO, and a
Master of Management from Atkinson Graduate School at Willamette University.
Before joining our team, Cameron founded and operated Mid-America Mortgage Group.
Cameron served as Capitol Chapter President for the Oklahoma Association of Mortgage Brokers
and President of the Association’s political action committee.
